Meet and Greet
We meet with you in person/ over the phone or via zoom to understand your situation, we also explain how the process works in simple understandable terms and the costs involved.
Concise list of homes
We use the information you have provided to give you a short listing of suitable independent living options and arrange tours of facilities and villages which best meet with our clients care needs, location preferences and budget.
We will explain the options for paying accommodation costs and refer you to a financial adviser if required to ensure the best financial outcome. We will assist you in understanding the agreement and help you complete any Centrelink documentation or provider documentation that is needed for admission into your new home.
We remain in close contact with you through the transition into your new home and provide a follow up service for 6 months after admission date.
